Actress and Stuntman Hospitalized After Accident on 'Castle' Set
January 19, 2013 09:01:30Two people were injured when an accident happened on the set of "Castle" Thursday night, January 17. Talent manager William Blaylock tells Deadline that guest star Karen David and a stuntman were filming a scene when "they fell from a moving van when a door would not shut."
David, who just landed a recurring role on the ABC police procedural series, was treated in an emergency room for hours, but has been released. She, however, "is in serious pain and has to wear a neck brace."

Prior to that, Beckett has made it clear to Castle that they will keep their relationship a secret. Parish, however, is close to uncover their secret as the doctor notices Beckett is "glowing" because she's just had sex, but she can't figure out who the guy is.

However, the novelist says in another scene, "So it wasn't a dream." Beckett, who appears to be wearing a bath robe, asks Castle if he liked it. He says, "Yeah," and she says she liked it too. One of their new cases is also previewed and it involves putting together pieces of paper.

The 33-year-old actress, who played Gretchen Morgan a.k.a. Susan B. Anthony on "Prison Break", is tapped to guest star as Kristina Coterra, "a sultry and voluptuous entertainment reporter at WHNY who shows more than a professional interest in Castle," The Hollywood Reporter says. She will be featured in the second episode titled "Cloudy with a Chance of Murder".

'Castle' Taps 'Heroes' Alum as Beckett's New Antagonist
July 23, 2012 04:07:32It seems that the tension is going to be high in "Castle" season 5, which will air every Monday at 10 P.M. on ABC starting this fall. TVLine learns that the show will feature a new antagonist for the beloved detective Kate Beckett and he will be portrayed by Jack Coleman, who is best known for playing the father of Hayden Panettiere's Claire Bennet on "Heroes".
To the site, series creator Andrew Marlowe describes the character as a "well-liked U.S. senator who finds himself in conflict with Beckett." While further details of Coleman's alter ego are yet to be available, it is likely that he has something to do with the murder of Beckett's mother since previous report suggested that one of the two suspects in the case was a senator.

'Castle' First Season 5 Promo: It's Getting Arresting

The first promo for the next chapter of "Castle" has made its way out online, hinting that the romance between the novelist and the detective will be a major part in the storyline. "They've finally crossed the line... Now things will really get arresting," so a narrator says in the video, which does not include new footage.
Meanwhile, a glimpse at the new season was recently obtained in a form of set photos. One of the pictures shows Stana Katic (Beckett) filming a scene in her character's living room, while another shot sees her talking with Seamus Dever (Ryan) in what seems to be Castle's kitchen.

The actress has been signed to play a former love interest of Nathan Fillion's Richard Castle and stir things up between Castle and detective Kate Beckett in an episode called "A Rose for Everafter".
How Milano will contribute to the story is not given elaborately but EW said that Richard reconnects with Milano's Kyra on her wedding day and "sparks fly". Her appearance is only scheduled to air in early 2010 when the show returns for the second part of season 2. The shooting, however, will begin as early as next week. "Castle" received a back-nine order in October which leads the show to have a full 22-episode season.
