First Look: Team Arrow Gets Upgraded Bunker

It turns out Oliver Queen's [] suit is not the only thing upgraded in the new season of "". The titular character and his team will now be working in a new lair that the writer's room is calling the "Arrow Bunker." A first look at the new lair has made its way out via EW.

"In designing the new lair, we had to think in terms of the much larger group that Oliver has now surrounded himself with and how Team Arrow is a much bigger enterprise," says executive producer Marc Guggenheim.


Matt Ryan's Constantine Confirmed to Appear on 'Arrow'

The list of new cast members for "" season 4 keeps growing. The show has just added Elysia Rotaru ("", "") to play a recurring role of Oliver's () love interest. Before fans freak out that Oliver and Felicity () would break up, it's revealed that Rotaru's character is someone from Oliver's past.

"Oliver is gonna have a love interest in the past that will serve as a parallel or potentially a contrast to his love affair with Felicity in the present," executive producer Marc Guggenheim tells EW. Thus, Rotaru's character, which details are still kept under wraps, will appear in flashbacks.

"" has tapped to take on another villainous role in season 4. The Canadian actor, best known for playing Ladon Radim on "", will portray a recurring role of Conklin, a sadistic and ruthless member of Shadowspire, on the DC comics-adapted series.

Conklin is an adversary for Oliver () and will appear in the flashback sequences. Baron Reiter (Jimmy Akingbola), the leader of Shadowspire, will also be featured in the flashback arc. Conklin will first appear in episode three of the season.

"" has just cast one more enemy for the upcoming fourth season. British actor Jimmy Akingbola has been tapped to play Baron Reiter, a foil for Oliver Queen (), in flashbacks.

In the comic books, Baron Reiter is known as Nazi super villain Baron Blitzkreig, the leader of criminal organization Shadowspire. The organization first made their appearance in "Deathstroke" No. 53, in which they supplied South American drug cartels with weapons, transportation, technology and intelligence.

"" has added two more actors to play comic books characters in its upcoming season 4. The show has tapped Alexander Calvert ("") to portray Lonnie Machin/Anarky, and Echo Kellum ("") to portray Mister Terrific.

In the comics, Anarky is known as a Batman villain who creates gadgets to best the government. On the TV show, the character is described as a deranged criminal for hire who does whatever it takes to impress potential employers. He will work with Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), the big baddie in season 4.


Constantine Could Appear on 'Arrow' Season 4

"" couldn't find a new home after being canceled by NBC, but there's a glimpse of hope that Matt Ryan's John Constantine may continue to live on on another TV series. "" executive producer Wendy Mericle recently told IGN at Comic-Con that there had been talks about bringing Constantine to upcoming season 4 of The CW's series.

"Yeah, we really want to do it. It's something we've been talking to DC about," Mericle said, before adding that there were some issues they needed to work out first. "It's just a question of some political things, but also the actor's schedule. We're trying to work it out, but we don't know 100 percent if it's going to happen."

He additionally revealed that production's slated to begin next month and dropped hints at what the next installment would be like.

"We start filming [Season 4] in July, I just finalized my deal about a week ago. It was just about working out dates and stuff," he told the audience. "I'm very excited about going back. I can't tell you anything, because I do know a bit of what's gonna happen, but if you love Malcolm Merlyn, if you love Oliver Queen, if you love Thea Queen, if you love the Canary sisters ... 'Arrow' Main Villain for Season 4 Possibly Revealed

"" is apparently casting a role of a key villain for season 4. ComicBook.com has obtained transcripts for two actors auditioning for a role listed as "Simon," though it's believed that the name is either an alias or just a pseudonym.

In the dialogue, the villain reveals to Oliver his past connection with Ra's al Ghul. "I'm the man even Ra's al Ghul fears," so he claims. He also indicates that he's more dangerous than Slade Wilson and Malcolm Merlyn whom Oliver has dealt with.

There will be green hood no more on "". After Oliver Queen agreed to take his place as Al Sah-Him, Heir to the Demon, in the League of Assassins, he takes on a new alter ego complete with a brand new costume.

His first look in Dark Archer getup has now been revealed through some photos from the next episode titled "Al Sah-Him!" which made their way out on E! News. His costume is now all black to match his dark transition into a villain.

The cast of "" / "" spin-off is growing with the addition of Franz Drameh. The British actor, who had a role in 's "" (2014), is joining the yet-to-be-titled project which is being developed at The CW.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Drameh will play "Jay Jackson, a former high school athlete who was injured in a debilitating accident. He has been scraping by as an auto mechanic, and will grow to have a surprising affiliation with the STAR Labs team."

Renee is known for her roles on Broadway plays "Big Fish" and "Pippin Hawkgirl". Her Hawkgirl won't be like the ones that have been featured on "" and some animated series such as "Justice League".

Following report last month that an "" / "" spin-off is being developed, a new detail of the project emerges. TVLine has learnt descriptions of characters being cast for the potential new series and suggests which DC Comics heroes or villains are referred to in the casting call.

The first new character is dubbed "The Traveler", who is described as a "Han Solo-esque rogue who gets by with his charm." The protagonist character "hails from the future, and has journeyed back in time on a secret mission. His razor-sharp wit hides the pain of a man who has lived through serious conflict. He also harbors many secrets, always leaving both his teammates and the audience unsure of his true allegiances."


The CW Developing 'Arrow'-'Flash' Team-Up

An "" and "" team-up is in development on The CW. According to a Thursday, February 26 report from Deadline, the network is planning a spin-off featuring DC Comics characters. They additionally mentioned "the new project will include three major DC Comics characters who have never appeared in a TV series."

, and are expected to play Ray Palmer/The Atom, Martin Stein/Firestorm and Leonard Snart/Captain Cold respectively.
