The report that he has backed out from headlining slot at the Scotland music festival has been denied by the organizer.
Eminem will play at a music festival in Scotland this weekend, despite reports the rapper's planning to cancel his slot. The "Stan" hitmaker is slated to perform at T in the Park in Balado, Scotland on Saturday, July 10 alongside big names including Jay-Z and Muse.
Reports are suggesting Eminem won't turn up to perform the headlining gig, but festival organizer Geoff Ellis has slammed the rumors, insisting "everything is fine". He tells Scotland's Daily Record, "I'm talking to Eminem's people and we are sorting out the details for the TV coverage. Everything is fine. Eminem is definitely going ahead and highlights from his show will be seen in the TV coverage."
"With some of the American artists, things take a little longer to sort out because of the time difference. Having Eminem playing his exclusive festival date is perfect for us. T in the Park will be the best yet."
