The 44-year-old emcee, born Howard Earl Bailey Jr., reveals that he's still dealing with the consequence of the trans rapper's lies although the latter has apologized to him.

AceShowbiz - Chingy has lamented the long-lasting effects of Sidney Starr's hookup claims. In a new interview, the rapper said he has "lost a lot of stuff" after the transgender social media personality lied about them having a sexual relationship.
The 44-year-old reflected on the matter in a recent conversation with TMZ. "When that happened I lost a lot of stuff based off a lie, which was just, that was the most oddest thing I've ever seen," he said. "Nah, man, when the individual apologized, and it so-called went away, which it took years to blow away, nah, man. Ain't nothing good happened from that for me."
Chingy went on to share, "There's no, I mean to be honest with you, man like it was spilled milk, and I lost a lot from it. That person gained." He continued, "I'm not going, I'm not gonna hold on to something. It is what it is. Apologize. Cool. I'm going this way and let that individual do their thing and a lot of stuff, man. But that situation....that hurt my career. Like I'm just gonna be honest about it."
Sidney previously admitted that she lied about her romance with Chingy. She claimed she was pressured by her friends to make up the story after taking a photo with the emcee. Though she regretted the lie, Sidney rejected Chingy's claim that he lost his deal solely because of her.
