Less than one day after unleashing her debut solo single, the former Little Mix singer performs the newly-released track in front of guests at a listening party.

AceShowbiz - Perrie Edwards has delivered her debut solo single for the first time since its release. Shortly after unleashing "Forget About Us", the former Little Mix singer sang the track in front of guests on a live performance.

On Friday, April 12, the 30-year-old songstress held a listening party, which was documented on Instagram Live, to celebrate the release of her first-ever solo song. She took the stage along with a number of band members, who played guitar, piano and drums.

For the first live performance of the newly-released song, Perrie made sure to look stylish in a reflective gold top, which came with no straps and sleeves. She also rocked a pair of long blue denim pants with a wide-leg design.

The former girlfriend of singer Zayn Malik completed the look with a pair of gray pointed-toe high heels, bracelets and rings. She also put on a gold chain necklace with a huge pendant. In addition, she let loose her long blonde hair and styled it in waves with her bangs covering her forehead.

The listening party was held less than one day after Perrie released "Forget About Us". Earlier that day, her debut solo single became available on several music streaming platforms. On the song, she sings, "I heard you fell in love with somebody new/ I know you heard that I've found someone too/ Saw you blew up, and I'm proud of you/ But I don't wanna hear those songs no more, yeah."

Perrie serenades, "Do you remember the way we fell and/ Like everything froze with just one glance, then/ From Heaven to nothin', it feels like Hell, well/ Here's the truth of it." She continues, "I don't want you ever to forget about us in thе front seat/ Listenin' to songs that made you think about mе/ Bonfire smoke on your hoodie that I stole from your flat/ No, I never gave it back, but/ I don't want you ever to forget about us/ (Forget about us)."
