After her former co-stars Kandi Burruss and Marlo Hampton announced their exits from the Bravo series, the Olympic champion follows in their footsteps in leaving the show.

AceShowbiz - Sanya Richards-Ross has announced her departure from the Bravo reality series, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta", after two seasons. The track and field Olympic champion joined the show in Season 14 and was a full-time cast member through Season 15.

Her exit comes alongside a significant cast shakeup ahead of Season 16, with Kandi Burruss and Marlo Hampton also leaving the franchise. Burruss, who had been on the show for 14 seasons, cited a prolonged hiatus as giving her time to reassess her future on the show.

"I've been going back and forth and I think because they gave us such a long break, I had a lot of time to do other things and I've got some big announcements to make coming soon, so yeah. I mean, I love the girls, they're my friends, I'm still gonna see them and hang out with them. And Bravo is my family, I love them as well, but you know," she told Entertainment Tonight in February.

Hampton, who had been a part of the show since Season 4 and became a full-time housewife in Season 14, stated that her contract ended after Season 15. She expressed her desire for a fresh start and to focus on new creative projects.

Meanwhile, fan-favorite Porsha Williams has confirmed her return to the show, despite news of her recent divorce from Simon Guobadia. As RHOA producers prepare for Season 16, the fate of other Season 15 cast members, including Kenya Moore, Sheree Whitfield and Drew Sidora, remains uncertain.
