The 'American Horror Story: Murder House' star takes to her social media account to express remorse after failing to join Dylan McDermott and Rubber Man at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards.

AceShowbiz - Connie Britton regretted not joining the "American Horror Story" reunion at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards earlier this month. The "AHS: Murder House" star took to her social media account to express remorse over her absence.
"Dear @dylan.mcdermott and #Rubberman, I am so sorry I had to miss joining you on Monday at the #Emmyawards for an @ahsfx reunion!" she wrote to co-star Dylan McDermott and Rubber Man on Instagram on Thursday, January 18.
She went on saying, "Even though I was impregnated with the antichrist by at least one, if not both of you, I was truly looking forward to seeing you on that grand Emmy stage and reminiscing about those good old spooky days."
In the post, Britton additionally shared the look she planned to sport for the awards-giving event. "This is as far as I got before being alerted that, because of a snowstorm in NY, I had to hop the next plane in order to make it to work on time the next day," she shared. "And while I'm at it, thanks to @kristinhilton, @lonavigi, and @katiebof for getting me all glammed up. I was definitely the most decked out person on my cross country flight that evening!"
"Congrats to all the nominees and winners! See ya next year!" she continued, before concluding, "And #Rubberman…don't be a stranger. Love, Connie."
McDermott caught wind of the post and showed love in the comments section. "You look gorgeous! #Rubberman sends his best!" so he wrote in a comment.
At the ceremony on Monday, January 15, McDermott and Rubber Man, who turned out to be host Anthony Anderson wearing a black spandex bodysuit, took the stage to present the award for best actor in a limited or anthology series or TV movie. The award went to Steven Yeun for Netflix's "Beef.
