Having been named in Diddy's fourth sexual assault lawsuit, Harve vows in a statement that he 'will vigorously protect my reputation and defend my name' because the claims are not true.

AceShowbiz - Former Bad Boy Records president Harve Pierre has denied all allegations leveled at him in a new lawsuit. Having been named in a new sexual assault lawsuit along with Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, Harve issued a statement shutting down the accusations.
"This is a tale of fiction. I have never participated in, witnessed, nor heard of anything like this, ever," Harve said in a statement to TMZ Hip Hop. "These disgusting allegations are false and a desperate attempt for financial gain."
Harve went on to vow that he "will vigorously protect my reputation and defend my name." He then stressed, "Those who know me recognize that these claims are not true."
In the lawsuit, a woman identified as Jane Doe claimed that she was "sex trafficked" and "gang raped" by Diddy, Harve and another man in 2003 when she was 17 and Diddy was 34. She is represented by Douglas Wigdor, the same lawyer hired by Cassie when she sued her ex Diddy for the same accusations.
Some photos later surfaced, showing the rapper and the plaintiff. In the image, the woman, whose face was blurred to protect her identity, was seen sitting on the hip-hop mogul's lap in the studio. Other photos displayed the woman posing in Diddy's studio, with her pointing to the sign "PD" on the wall in one of the pictures.
Diddy himself has also shut down the allegations. "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH," he declared on Instagram. "For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy."
"Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday," the music mogul added. "Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth."
Previously, Diddy settled the lawsuit filed by his ex Cassie, just one day after she filed it. He was later slapped with a second lawsuit by another woman, Joi Dickerson-Neal, who accused him of rape, drugging and revenge porn back in 1991. On the same day, a third woman, identified as Jane Doe, dragged Diddy to court as well, claiming that he and R&B star Aaron Hall took turns raping her and her friend at an MCA Records event in New York City in the early 1990s.
