AceShowbiz - Machine Gun Kelly is still going by this name. The rocker recently hinted at having a desire to change his moniker to only Machine, but a new report claimed that he wouldn't drop "Gun Kelly" from his stage name, at least for now.
MGK sparked chatter about name changing when he made an appearance at the GQ Men of the Year party on November 16. While gracing the red carpet, the rocker told the photographers to call him simply "Machine."
Comedy duo Chad and JT also recently posted a TikTok video taken from the musician's concert. The clip saw them holding up a sign that read, "Change your name." At one point during the show, MGK noticed the sign and said, "I have no idea what that sign means."
The duo then said that they wanted him to not "glorify machine guns" by changing his name by taking out "machine gun." MGK appeared to be a little bit surprised by the request as he asked other fans in the crowd, "What do you think?"
The name debacle aside, MGK reportedly has been focusing on his relationship with his fiancee Megan Fox. "They have had their ups and downs, like any other couple, but right now, things are good," a source told Entertainment Tonight of the couple, who briefly split due to alleged infidelity. "They are still taking steps to better their relationship and still have the goal of moving ahead with getting married."
In addition to the rough patch, Megan shared that she suffered a miscarriage with her and MGK's baby. "I had never been through anything like that before in my life," she opened up during her appearance on "Good Morning America". "I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us. And it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, and together and apart, and together and apart, and together and apart, trying to navigate, 'What does this mean? Why did this happen?' "
