Reported to have spent a night in a cell in Ibiza following the incident, the jewellery designer and her male friend are scheduled to appear in court on May 19 at the very least.

AceShowbiz - Jade Jagger might have landed herself in trouble. The second child of Mick Jagger was reported to have been arrested alongside a male friend in Ibiza, Spain due to an alleged drunken tirade and assault on national police officers.
The 51-year-old daughter of The Rolling Stones rocker was, per a report by the Mirror, at a restaurant on Wednesday, May 17, when she and her pal involved in an altercation with the restaurant staff for "shouting, threatening and insulting" the employees. The two were also said to have yelled and threatened the other restaurant guests.
As a result of Jade and her friend's antics, national police officers arrived to mediate. However, Jade and her friend were reportedly "very aggressive and violent" with the police officers. The two were said to have been consuming alcohol or "some type of substance." Following her arrest, she was alleged to have stayed for the night in a cell.
On what actually happened, a source told Mirror, "Police arrested two people last night, a man and a woman, in Ibiza. Around 9 P.M. there was a police intervention as a result of a call from a restaurant about a man they said was behaving violently with customers and workers. The man had gone by the time police arrived."
"People at the restaurant including staff and a manager and a couple of customers told officers he had been aggressive towards them and they had refused to serve him any more drinks and he left. A man in the street then approached the police patrol cars outside and told them there was a man threatening passers-by," the source continued.
"When officers approached him he began to insult them in English with increasing aggressiveness, refusing to identify himself and being very hostile. They tried to calm him down several times and he ended up hurling himself at police and assaulting one of them and he had to be arrested," the source added. "That's when a woman appeared who was very aggressive and hurled herself at a police officer, pushing him and insulting him."
Explaining that Jade's pal also attacked health workers, the source further explained, "Police managed to calm her down and then call an ambulance for the man who was very aggressive and in a bad way and attacked health professionals and police again when the ambulance arrived. At that moment the woman enters the scene again, squaring up to an officer before pushing and punching that officer. She was then also arrested."
Accordingly, Jade and her male friend were expected to be present in court on Thursday afternoon, May 18 or on Saturday morning, May 19.
