When asking for a restraining order against the 'Awwsome' rapper, the model tells a judge that her ex-boyfriend has been threatening to kill her and her mother since she broke up with him in April.

AceShowbiz - Shy Glizzy allegedly threatened his former girlfriend and her family prior to his recent arrest. Amaya Colon has accused the rapper of making threats since she called it quits with him in April of this year.

Amaya makes the claim in court documents when asking a judge to grant her a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend. She tells the judge that Shy has repeatedly told her he will kill her and her mother. In one of text messages he sent to her, he allegedly said, "Ima f**k ya life up."

Amaya says she and Shy started dating in December 2022, but broke up with him on April 28 because he has "anger issues." She says that Shy did not take the breakup well and it culminated in his May 13 arrest.

In the docs obtained by TMZ, Amaya details the incident that led to his arrest. She says she was driving around Los Angeles and noticed Shy was following her. She says she was stopped at a red light, and he got out of his car and approached her car, banging her car with the handle of a gun. Amaya says she drove away but he followed her and tried to run her off the road, hitting her car with his car and causing damage.

Amaya says she's asked Shy to stop contacting her, but he keeps messaging her, threatening to kill her and posting explicit pictures and videos of her without her consent in what she believes is an attempt to ruin her modeling career. He allegedly also texted Amaya's best friend, "Imma get her a** beat."

Amaya has since been granted a temporary restraining order that tells Shy to stay 100 yards away from her and to stop contacting her. He's also prohibited from posting or distributing any explicit photos or videos he may have of Amaya.

Shy was arrested on Saturday, May 13 after a verbal altercation with his ex-girlfriend which escalated to the point where he grabbed a firearm and made a threat. It reportedly occurred on a public street around 9 A.M. on Saturday and he took off after the argument.

West Hollywood Sheriff's Deputies somehow got involved and a criminal report was made. Shy was eventually tracked down by 6 P.M. that day and arrested on a felony charge of making criminal threats.

Police reportedly did not find a gun on Shy when he was arrested and he denied ever threatening his girlfriend, whom he has reportedly been dating on and off for 4 months. Records show he was released after about 4 hours behind bars on a $50,000 bond, while the case remains under investigation.

Shy has since denied allegations that he pulled a gun on his ex-girlfriend. He posted on his Instagram Story on Tuesday, May 16, "The accusations made against me are completely false." He insisted, "I would never in my life pull a weapon out to harm a female in any way so stop with the BS allegations! What is wrong with ppl?"
