DC Universe also gives fans a closer look at each member of the strangest team of DC Comics in solo posters.

AceShowbiz - Following the season finale of "Titans", DC Universe doesn't take a long time to start hyping up its next live-action series. The streaming service has released the first teaser of "Doom Patrol" for viewing pleasure.

The less-than-a-minute footage offers fans a better look at the strangest team of DC Comics heroes, which is made up of Elasti-Woman (April Bowlby), Larry Trainor/Negative Man (Matt Bomer), Cliff Steele/Robotman (Brendan Fraser), Crazy Jane (Diane Guerrero, Victor Stone/Cyborg (Joivan Wade) and Dr. Niles Caulder/The Chief (Timothy Dalton). The teaser sees the team members getting into the holiday spirit.

While The Chief is nowhere to be seen, the members are having fun as they get together to take a photo. Well, maybe Crazy Jane is not that thrilled as she can be heard saying in her mind, "Photos suuuuck!" Meanwhile, Cyborg believes that his right side is his good side.

Additionally, the teaser announces that the first season of "Doom Patrol" will arrive on Friday, February 15, 2019 on DC Universe.

DC Universe also gives fans a closer look at each character in solo posters.

Fans are loving the cast for the new live-action series as one fan tweets, "Really digging the #DoomPatrol character posters. This cast is really damn good." They are also praising Cyborg's costume as well as the details on his fingers.

"Doom Patrol" is a "re-imagining of one of DC's most beloved group of outcast Super Heroes: Robotman, Negative Man, Elasti-Girl and Crazy Jane, led by modern-day mad scientist Dr. Niles Caulder (The Chief)," according to the official synopsis. "The Doom Patrol's members each suffered horrible accidents that gave them superhuman abilities -- but also left them scarred and disfigured. Traumatized and downtrodden, the team found purpose through The Chief, who brought them together to investigate the weirdest phenomena in existence -- and to protect Earth from what they find."

"Part support group, part Super Hero team, the Doom Patrol is a band of super-powered freaks who fight for a world that wants nothing to do with them. Picking up after the events of 'Titans', 'Doom Patrol' will find these reluctant heroes in a place they never expected to be, called to action by none other than Cyborg, who comes to them with a mission hard to refuse, but with a warning that is hard to ignore: their lives will never, ever be the same," continues the logline.
