The DJ and producer allegedly claims Bordenave and his firm made clothing featuring Asahd's name.

AceShowbiz - DJ Khaled has launched legal action to trademark his one-year-old son Asahd's name.

The DJ and producer filed documents on Friday, June 08 against Curtis Bordenave and his company, Business Consulting, and claimed the firm tried to file a trademark called Asahd Couture, Asahd, and We The Best Lifestyle.

According to TMZ, Khaled claimed Bordenave and his firm made clothing featuring Asahd's name, and it is causing "confusion" for customers and "unfair profits" for the company.

Khaled said in legal documents that he's got his own business in the works, called Haddad Brands, and alleged Bordenave tried to stop him from using the name of his own son on any products.

The DJ has requested Bordenave stop using Asahd's name, and unspecified damages.
