The mother of six reportedly has 'been reading a lot about how to transform sexual energy into creative power and she's pretty fascinated by it.'

AceShowbiz - Angelina Jolie is still in no rush to find Mr. Right after splitting from Brad Pitt late last year, a new report suggests. The 42-year-old actress and filmmaker is now "embracing celibacy" as she's been focusing on "becoming the best version of herself -- no matter what it takes," according to HollywoodLife.com.

"Angelina's mind is so not on romance or sex these days, she's totally celibate and she's embracing it," a source close to Jolie is quoted as saying. The "Salt" actress allegedly has "been reading a lot about how to transform sexual energy into creative power and she's pretty fascinated by it. She's started practicing yoga, which she used to hate but in the past year it's really helped calm her mind."

The source goes on explaining that "one of the gurus that she's following preaches about the distractions of sex so it's not like she's getting these ideas out of nowhere." The insider continues, "Plus the fact is she really doesn't identify with her own sexuality anymore. She's still as sexy as ever but she doesn't see herself that way anymore."

According to the so-called insider, the mother of six has "totally shut that side of her down and she says she's found a lot of peace in that." Her children Maddox, 16, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 11, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 9, as well as her humanitarian work are "what she really cares about right now," notes the source.

It's almost been a year since Jolie split from Pitt in September 2016. After taking some time away from the spotlight to focus on their six kids, three of whom were adopted internationally, the former spouses are slowly resurfacing.

Jolie recently released her directorial effort "First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia Remembers". She is expected to reprise the role of Maleficent in Disney's sequel. Pitt, meanwhile, starred in Netflix's satirical comedy "War Machine" after headlining romantic thriller "Allied" with Marion Cotillard last year. He is set to star in "World War Z 2", which is expected to come out some time in 2019.
