AceShowbiz - Sad news comes from Harry Styles' family. His stepfather Robin Twist has just passed away. He died at the age of 57 after a long courageous battle with cancer. "Harry's stepfather, Robin Twist, sadly passed away this week after a long battle with cancer. The family asks for privacy at this time," a rep broke the news.
Robin Twist was among Harry's supporters when the British singer, then 16, auditioned for "The X-Factor" back in 2010. Three years later in 2013, the One Direction star served as Robin's best man during his wedding to Harry's mother Anne Twist.
Harry Styles, now 23, is currently on a break after wrapping up the first leg of his solo tour to support his eponymous studio album. He will be back on the road in September. Besides mourning the loss of his stepfather, the "Sign of the Times" singer reportedly split from his girlfriend, food blogger Tess Ward.
