The 38-year-old rapper reportedly wants a third child, but the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star is worried about her health if she has to give birth to a third child.

AceShowbiz - There's no denying that Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West love their daughter North and son Saint very much, but are they already considering having a third child right now? A source close to the couple revealed that they would love to have a third child, but they still didn't know when it would happen.
The source told HollywoodLife.com, "Kim has had alternate feelings on a third child and still doesn't know what she wants to do." The source added that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was still hesitating over whether she's ready to conceive again because she apparently had some hard times during her pregnancies.
As previously reported, Kim had some problems when she gave birth to Saint, including placenta accreta, a condition where the placenta grows too deeply into the uterus. In 2013 she had the same condition while delivering her daughter, North. Renowned OB/GYN and maternal fetal medicine specialist Jim Betoni had warned Kim that there might be complications if she has a third baby.
So, Kim will probably think a hundred times before she decides to have another child. "She keeps going through all the pros and cons. She'd love to match Kourtney, but she doesn't want to risk her health," the source shared. "She knows that Kanye would love more, but she also would love to have her banging body back. North and Saint are amazing but they are also a handful. So adding a third, or even more, has to be perfect."
