The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star looked a little bit different in an Instagram photo uploaded by her sister Kourtney Kardashian.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian looked a little bit different in a recent Instagram photo posted by Kourtney Kardashian. The face of the 36-year-old mother of two appeared puffy and her nose's shape was different from what people used to see.
The photo was taken when the two took a break at a listening party for Kanye West's new album "Swish". Kim and Kourtney wore matching all-black outfits as they captured the reflection of themselves in front of a mirror. They both wore minimal makeup and fans were quick to notice that there were some differences in Kim's face. Some fans were shocked to see the star's face, while others accused her of having a nose job.
"Kim kim @kimkardashian u used to veryyyyy prety girl..now omg what u do with ur face??? U nearly just look like donatela now," wrote one of the commenters. However, there's a possibility that Kim looked different because of the makeup she wore or the lighting of the room where she took the snap.
Kourtney also posted two other photos on Instagram. One of the photos featured herself with sister Kylie Jenner, who donned an oversized black jacket. Meanwhile, another photo captured Kim, Kourtney and Kylie assembling in front of the mirror. Aside from Kim's face, it seems like her diet was successful. Her post-baby body looked slimmer in the photos.
Kim previously stated that she didn't do fillers or Botox during pregnancy because she didn't want to harm her baby with such kind of things. "No I don't do fillers or Botox when pregnant like some tabloids are reporting, you would have to be really sick to endanger your child like that!" she wrote on Instagram. "Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face totally changes! My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller & my lips swell up."
