AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez never fails to steal the spotlight every time she walks down the red carpet. The 46-year-old singer wowed the crowd at the 73rd Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, December 10 as she coincidentally recreated Angelina Jolie's leg-baring pose during the red carpet arrival.
Lopez, who often wore sheer or plunging or sequin dress, opted for a different look at the event. The "Live It Up" hitmaker donned a yellow cape dress with a thigh-high slit which perfectly displayed her right leg. The "American Idol" judge teamed the ensemble with a pair of glittering heels and over 200 carats of Harry Winston diamonds including a 46.95-carat diamond wreath necklace and a pair of 16.46 carat yellow diamond drop earrings.
While people were wondering why Lopez's choice of dress was different from her usual look, the Latina mother revealed that she wanted to try something new. "We try on a couple different things," Lopez said of how she decided to wear the incredible dress. "It's always a fun night at the house and they bring over all the dresses, and we try them on and we see what feels good."
After the event, Lopez headed to an after party at The Beverly Hilton Hotel along with her younger boyfriend Casper Smart. Lopez was seen having some great time with fellow celebrities like Lady GaGa and Kate Hudson. She later posted a photo of herself cozying up to Hudson and GaGa while congratulating the latter for winning a Best Actress award for her role on "American Horror Story: Hotel".
The mother of two, who changed her outfit into a simple white dress, was also spotted having a fun conversation with Kourtney Kardashian. The two have been friends for years and they used to be neighbors when the singer owned a home in Hidden Hills near Kris Jenner.
