The reality TV star and her husband Kanye West take their daughter North and newborn son Saint for a family outing in Los Angeles.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian has stepped out for the first time since giving birth to son Saint West. Just a day following her first appearance in a four-minute livestream on her app and website, the mother of two took her newborn son for a trip to a Los Angeles building, which seemed to be a doctor's office, on Friday, December 18.
Kim and Saint were joined by Kanye West and the couple's first child North West. The 35-year-old reality TV star held Nori while her husband was in charge of carrying Saint in the baby carrier.
Kim sported an all-black outfit topped with an oversize coat which concealed her post-baby body. She styled her long hair in braids and sucked a lollipop. Kanye, meanwhile, was clad in a black hoodie and matching boots.
"The family seemed happy and upbeat. Kim looked great," a source tells E! News about the family's outing.
Kim gave birth to Saint, her second child with her rapper hubby, on December 5, earlier than expected. She has since been holed up in mom Kris Jenner's Hidden Hills mansion. During her first appearance via a livestream on her app and website, she addressed her enormous boobs. "My boobs look enormous-which they are," she quipped.
