The pregnant reality TV star reveals a photo of her mom and elder sister wearing fake huge baby bumps during her 'surprise pregnant birthday party' held last month.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian revealed on her personal website on Monday, November 2 some photos taken from her "surprise pregnant birthday party." One of them showed her momager Kris Jenner and elder sister Kourtney Kardashian rocking fake baby bumps in honor of Kim's pregnancy.
The said photo showed Tyga, Kylie Jenner, Kris, Kourtney and another guest. All of them wore matching black outfits. Kylie who flaunted her flat abs in a crop top got cozy with Tyga who stood behind her. Kris, Kourtney and the other guest, meanwhile, donned fake huge baby bumps.
The fake baby bumps were prepared at the pregnancy-themed party so that the guests could feel the same experience as the pregnant reality TV star who's reportedly due to give birth on Christmas. Guests at the party included Kendall Jenner, Kris' beau Corey Gamble and Caitlyn Jenner.
On Sunday night, Kim was photographed trading her high heels for $300 Givenchy shower sandals. She wore figure-hugging outfit topped with black long coat. At that time, she was spotted alongside her husband Kanye West leaving Bandera restaurant near Brentwood, California. Momager Kris and her boyfriend were also seen leaving the venue.
It wasn't the first time Kim was photographed ditching her high heels for flat footwear during her second pregnancy. Back in September, the 35-year-old reality TV star was seen wearing fuzzy slippers. At that time, some obvious marks due to her strappy heels could be seen on her swollen ankles.
On another note, a rep for Kim recently debunked rumors saying that she got "lip filler injections" while pregnant. MediaTakeOut reported on Monday that the pregnant reality TV star "got her lips filled with a foreign substance this weekend. The paparazzi caught her leaving the doctors office."
The news outlet went on writing, "Of course, Kim is very much pregnant... and most doctors recommend that you don't inject foreign substances in your body during pregnancy. But y'all ain't think that a lil ole baby was gonna stop Kim from making her face look better for the cameras." It also featured a photo of Kim with her swollen lips inside her car.
Kim's rep told Gossip Cop that the entire story written by MediaTakeOut was "false." Kim didn't get lip fillers this weekend and she didn't go to plastic surgeon. The photo of Kim in the car posted on the website was actually taken when she left her sister's home.
