The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star never broke up with her current boyfriend although she called off her divorce from Lamar Odom.

AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian and James Harden are still dating. Despite calling off her divorce from Lamar Odom, Khloe never broke up with James. She says her boyfriend has been understanding while she has remained at her estranged husband's hospital bedside.
"James has been very supportive and awesome," the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star tells PEOPLE, "He's been great with me." She, however, acknowledges their future together is up in the air. "His season is starting," she says of James. "And I'm just allowing everything to unfold. If it's ever too overwhelming [for him], then I understand that as well."
Khloe says in another interview with E! News that she remains focused on the present and is taking everything as it comes. "It's been a very emotional time, but I just continue to have faith and take it day by day," she shares, "I appreciate all the support from fans."
A source tells the site, "Khloe and James never broke up. He's been so understanding and he knows that Khloe's love for Lamar is deeper than what most people can understand. He's been very understanding and supportive. Lamar has a long road ahead of him and Khloe will always have the love she has for Lamar."
A second source says, "Khloe is committed to helping Lamar with his recovery...She's giving all of her time and emotion to Lamar and has dedicated her life to helping him right now."
Khloe previously said that she didn't rekindle romance with Lamar despite her divorce withdrawal. "I pulled back on the divorce because there is no rush for it," she explained to PEOPLE, "It's just bad timing to proceed with that right now. For medical decisions and a ton of other things, it's just smarter that it's put on hold. But that does not mean I'm back with Lamar. It's not even in our brains to think about us having a relationship. Only time will tell."
The 31-year-old reality star later received backlash and defended herself on Twitter.
