The singer shares the track as a second preview of her 'Honeymoon' album that's scheduled to come out later this year.

AceShowbiz - Lana Del Rey has offered another preview of her highly-anticipated new album, "Honeymoon". As promised, the singer released on Monday, August 10 the upcoming LP's second single called "High by the Beach".
Like a lot of Lana Del Rey records, the track highlights her breathy and sultry vocals over dark and haunting beat. This one, however, is a bit more up-tempo than any songs she shared in the recent months.
"It started with the chorus," Del Rey told Beats 1 DJ Zane Lowe of writing "High by the Beach". "I was driving by the beach a lot. This was probably one of the last ones on the record... Even with the harmonies, it almost sounded monotone. But with the beat, it has this trap influence."
Del Rey's "Honeymoon" album is expected to come out later this year. The project, which the New York native has said will sound more like 2012's "Born to Die", has also spawned the title track "Honeymoon" which arrived last month.
