'Deadpool' Photo Seems to Confirm Appearance at Comic-Con

Ryan Reynolds posted a photo which features Deadpool trying to find a ride on his way to Comic-Con in San Diego, and confirmed that he would attend the convention.

AceShowbiz - As fans prepare for San Diego Comic-Con 2015 which will be held on July 9 until July 12, "Deadpool" star Ryan Reynolds took to Twitter to debut a new image of the Merc with a Mouth trying to find a ride to the convention. The image seems to confirm that Deadpool will also take part in 20th Century Fox panels.

The image shows the titular hero wearing a Mexican hat and a poncho while holding a board with the words "Comic-Con porfavor" written on it. "Hey #SDCC, Thank you for being a friend...," Reynolds captioned the picture.

In an interview with Collider, Reynolds confirmed he would attend the event. "Yeah, I am ready to go. I'm really excited about it actually. I've only been there once and it's mayhem, but, you know, we're coming in with a ton of goodwill and a truly great film so I'm really happy about that," he revealed.

Since Reynolds confirmed he would be in the convention, it is safe to assume that Deadpool will be up to steal the scene in Hall H. Fox's panel will take place on Saturday, July 11 between 5:45 P.M. and 7:30 P.M. The panel will also include "X-Men: Apocalypse" appearance.

"Deadpool" is currently in production and will open in U.S. theaters on February 12, 2016. The film is directed by Tim Miller from a script by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Reynolds leads the cast which includes Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein, Gina Carano and T.J. Miller.
