AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez is just a few days away from releasing her new single "Good for You". Before dropping the song in its entirety on Monday, June 22, the former Disney star excited fans with a sneak-peek that she shared via Instagram on Thursday.
"I feel like I can exhale #goodforyou June 22nd," she wrote, captioning a short clip of her in a recording studio and reciting some very poetic lines in front of the microphone. "But I'm blinded by the sun. I'm reborn in every moment, so who knows what I'll become," she says before what may be the intro of the song kicks in.
"Good for You", which will reportedly feature guest verse from A$AP Rocky, is the first single off Sel's new album, which marks her first to arrive under Insterscope. The yet-to-be-titled follow-up to 2013's"Stars Dance" still has no official release date, but it's expected to come out later this year.
A music video for the song was shot earlier this month with Sophie Muller as director. She recently teased the clip with some photos taken on the filming set.
