The 'Bounce' female rapper unloads on the pizza delivery service after the company cracked a joke while attempting to apologize to her.

AceShowbiz - It seems Iggy Azalea won't come back ordering pizza at Papa John's anytime soon. The Australian femcee is fuming at the pizza delivery service after suspecting that an employee has leaked her phone number to a relative. She says she got unexpected texts and calls from a fan claiming that they got her number from the delivery guy.

"@PapaJohns I ordered a cheese pizza but instead I got tons of calls and messages like this one," she wrote to the company via Twitter, before posting a screenshot of the said texts. "Hello is this iggy azalea my brother had delivered something from papa john's to u and he gave me the number on friday night i am ur number one fan call me back please," the fan wrote, before adding, "Is this u please answer u r my idol."

In response, the company tweeted to the female rapper, "#We should have known better. Customer and employee privacy is important to us. Please don't #bounce us!" The apology, however, made the rap star even more furious. She was not amused that the company seemed to make a joke of the situation by referring to her song "Bounce".

"I want answers @papajohns why is customer confidentiality a joke to your company?" she blasted. "I don't think data breach is funny," she also tweeted. "I expect you to contact me to explain how you are going to rectify your breach of my personal information in a satisfactory and professional way or lawsuit will be filed."

"They are a company that retains your address, name, number & CREDIT card information, expiration cvc number etc. A lot of damage can be done if that falls into the wrong hands, we give them this information with the expectation it remains confidential," she explained.

"When an employee steals information it's called data breach. It's illegal. There are steps a corporation is supposed to follow afterward. They don't include tweeting out song lyrics to the customer making the complaint, it's really unprofessional. I want a real answer."

Azalea was not impressed with the way supervisor at the delivery service handled the situation either. She posted a text from the supervisor. "My driver is currently on his way home to speak to his parents and his sister ... I will give you more updates as they come in ..." the supervisor contacted the angry rapper.

"And this is all your supervisor has to say about it #ProfessionalAsF**k," Azalea ranted in response. "And the supervisors at @PapaJohns refuse to send pictures of their employess so you can identify who it is that steals your information."
