AceShowbiz - Andy Dick spent the night in jail on November 7. The 48-year-old comedian was taken into police custody on suspicion of grand theft after allegedly stealing a necklace. He was released Saturday morning after posting $25,000 bail.
According to TMZ, Dick was riding his bicycle down Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles when he spotted a man wearing a pricey necklace. He approached the stranger and asked to see his chain before riding off with the $1,000 jewelry.
The accident allegedly happened last week and the necklace's owner reported it to police, but Dick was not found until Friday. The star was arrested when spotted on his bike near his apartment.
Dick is no stranger to legal problems. He was booked on suspicion of public intoxication in 2011 and taken into custody for alleged sexual battery and drug possession in 2008.
