AceShowbiz - The studio version of Timbaland's new single called "Know Bout Me" has arrived online. Featuring guest vocals from Jay-Z and Drake, the song was previously previewed by the producer while touring on "Magna Carter World Tour".
The new track opens with Jay-Z taking the intro, saying, "We gotta sell these n***as a dream." Timbaland then drops the first hook before Drake emerges to deliver his verses, bragging, "Got some things on the wrist, Cartier with the diamonds / If this was 10 years ago, n***a would have went diamond." James Fauntleroy is also featured to take care of the outro.
"Know Bout Me" is set to appear on Timbaland's new album. During a show in Antwerp, Belgium last month, the 41-year-old star announced that his upcoming record would be titled "Textbook Timbo" (previously known as "Shock Value III").
In addition to working on the album, Timbaland is prepping himself to rejoin Jay-Z for the North American leg of "Magna Carter World Tour" which is set to kick off on November 30 at St. Paul's Xcel Energy Center. He is also currently working on a Michael Jackson project that he announced back in August.
