Kristen Stewart is added to the cast ensemble of "Anesthesia". The "Snow White and the Huntsman" actress has reportedly been spotted filming her scene for the Tim Blake Nelson-directed indie at the Columbia University in New York.

She is expected to share screen with "Boardwalk Empire" star Gretchen Mol. The film will follow "a group of New Yorkers dealing with various stages of life and its attendant joys and tribulations are all touched in some way by beloved philosophy professor Walter Zarrow."

Stewart was last seen in "On the Road" with Garrett Hedlund and Sam Riley since the "Twilight Saga" movie series ended. The 23-year-old starlet will next star in "Camp X-Ray" and "Sils Maria".

I've seen Tim Blake Nelson's "Leaves of Grass" so looking forward to this latest directorial venture. He has a unique perspective and this ensemble film seems perfect for Stewart. Came as a total surprise but love the synopsis and looking forward to this one!

Good for her. She has proven herself to be a hard worker dedicated to her craft. No diva attitude. All those who have ever worked with her confirm that she is a very hard worker and great person! Nice to see an actress just act then try to live a quiet life. Sadly it is very difficult for her as the paps follow her everywhere.
