AceShowbiz - Rihanna and Emma Watson have started working for Seth Rogen's directorial debut "The End of the World". Both the "Battleship" star and the "Harry Potter" film series actress were photographed filming a scene on the set of the action comedy pic in New Orleans on Thursday, May 31.

Riri exposed her firm legs in hotpants to complete her knitted top, while Emma donned a nude-colored top and blazer that she paired with skinny jeans and boots. They were snapped doing a run-in-panic scene along with some other co-stars and extras. In between breaks, the two beauties were spotted sharing laughs while having some chit-chats.

After finishing shooting that day, the "We Found Love" hitmaker took to her Twitter to show how she had a blast on the set. "Just leaving set! This has to be one of my favorite moments in life," she wrote. The British actress, meanwhile, tweeted, "Comedy is brutal. New Orleans is the best!! :) See you all soon. Em. x."

Also spotted on the set on Thursday were Jonah Hill, James Franco, Mindy Kaling, Jason Segel, Aziz Ansari, Paul Rudd and Michael Cera. Along with Riri and Emma, all those actors will play themselves in the upcoming comedy movie.

"End of the World" is inspired by a short called "Jay and Seth vs. the Apocalypse", which stars Seth and Jay Baruchel who are held up in an apartment while dealing with the end of the world. The upcoming film, meanwhile, will expand its story and involve not only Seth and Jay but also some other celebrities as they get stuck in James Franco's Los Angeles apartment during the apocalypse.

In addition to directing it, Seth co-writes the script and co-produces the movie along with his longtime collaborator Evan Goldberg. Mandate Pictures will release the flick in the United States on June 14, 2013.
