The the third-place 'American Idol' finisher is very thankful for being given the opportunity to make her own music.
Haley Reinhart officially becomes the newest member of Interscope Records. A press release announcing that the deal has been sealed was issued just a day after the rumored record deal made its way out on the web.
"I've always dreamed of getting this kind of recognition," said the singer who finished third on "American Idol" season 10. "I am very thankful to 19 and Interscope for giving me this opportunity to create my own music."
Haley shares the same label with fellow "Idol" alum Pia Toscano. The new labelmates are currently hitting the road in North America with the other nine "Idol" contestants. They kicked it off on July 6 at Maverik Center in West Valley City, UT and will wrap it up on September 10 at Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, NY.
