The 'Torchwood' actor makes the room explode in cheers when he locks lips with a fan dressed in Captain Jack Harkness costume after singing 'Happy Birthday' for him.
John Barrowman has drawn one of the loudest cheers at this year's San Diego Comic-Con. Joining the panel of TV Guide Presents Super Supernaturals last Saturday, July 23, the actor famous as Captain Jack Harkness on "Torchwood" surprised those who gathered by kissing a male fan.
Near the end of the panel, the 44-year-old actor took the podium to sing "Happy Birthday" to a fan dressed in his Captain Jack's costume. He then got off the stage and planted a wet one on the fan, making the whole room erupt in cheers. After he returned to his seat, he joked, "Please don't have herpes."
John wasn't the only TV people present for the Super Supernaturals panel. Among those joining him were Tyler Posey from "Teen Wolf", Janina Gavankar from "True Blood", Mark A. Sheppard from "Supernatural", David Greenwalt from "Grimm" and Phoebe Tonkin from "The Secret Circle".
A day before making an appearance on the Super Supernaturals panel, the "De-Lovely" actor was present for "Torchwood: Miracle Day" panel. Along with co-star Eve Myles and executive producer Jane Espenson, he presented a teaser for the series' upcoming episodes.
