This year Victoria's Secret Fashion Show sees models Adriana Lima, Julia Stegner, Karolina Kurkova, Lais Ribeiro and more running the catwalk with Katy Perry performing her hit singles.
A number of top models have run the catwalk at 2010 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show held at the Lexington Armory in New York City on Wednesday, November 10, showing off a series of glamorous lingerie. Though the annual gala won't air until Tuesday, November 30 on CBS at 10 P.M. ET/PT., pictures of the event have been made available.
That night, most of the models transformed themselves into angels as each of them had their own wings. However, Adriana Lima was the luckiest catwalker as she was given the honor to model a $2 million diamond-encrusted bra. The Bombshell Fantasy Bra weighs in 142 carats which include more than 3,000 white diamonds (60 carats) and 82 carats of light blue sapphires and oval-shaped topazes.
Model Julia Stegner showcased a white and gold lingerie set in white wings while Karolina Kurkova graced the runway in an animal printed set and huge peacock wings. Lais Ribeiro walked along with warrior male models as she was wrapped in a dark number and clamp wings. Candace Swanepoel, in the meantime, showed up like a milkmaid in a red and white outfit and Flavia de Oliveira donned a sparkling silver and purple set while carrying weights.
Other supermodels who walked down the Victoria's Secret's runway were Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Alessandra Ambrosio, Erin Heatherton, Lily Aldridge, Candice Swanepoel and Chanel Iman. Meanwhile, Serena Williams, Adrian Grenier, Nicky Hilton, Paris Hilton, Gerard Butler, Malin Ackerman, Jared Followill, Caleb Followill and Adam Levine made appearances at the event.
Beside big stars sitting on the guest seats, the event was also dazzled with the performances of Katy Perry and Akon. Katy sang her own hits, including "Teenage Dream", ''Hot 'N Cold" and "California Gurls". She performed in two different outfits - a purple skimpy number and a two-eye-popping PVC dress. Akon treated the audience with his new single "Angel".
