The 'Mission: Impossible' star reprises his 'Tropic Thunder' role as bald-headed Les Grossman who gives some hair advice to the 'Twilight' actor in the clip.
2010 MTV Movie Awards has launched another promo video, but this time sans Aziz Ansari. In fact, the clip features two Hollywood heartthrobs who will appear at the ceremony, Robert Pattinson and Tom Cruise.
In the video, Cruise appears as Les Grossman, his "Tropic Thunder" character, who tells Pattinson that the awards show is lucky to have him. Looking nervous, the British star reveals that he plans to clean himself for the upcoming event, saying "Maybe [I'll] get a suit, have a shave. Maybe [I'll] wash my hair."
Cruise, who does not agree with Pattinson, raises his voice and tells the "Twilight" star that he made a big money with his "filthy" hair and his plan to wash his hair will sink down his career. After calming down a bit, Cruise asks Pattinson, "What kind of shampoo are you going to use?" The 24-year-old hesitantly replies, "Dirt?" which seems to make Cruise satisfied.
At the 19th Annual MTV Movie Awards, Robert Pattinson and his co-stars Kristen Stewart as well Taylor Lautner will introduce an exclusive clip from "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse". Tom Cruise, meanwhile, is among celebrities who are billed to present kudos at the June 6 event.
Serving as the host will be Aziz Ansari, while Katy Perry and Christina Aguilera have been tapped to perform. The awards show will be aired live from the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, California starting at 9 P.M.
