Take a look at the film based on true story of a woman who struggles to guide her horse to win Triple Crown.

The first full trailer for "Secretariat" starring Diane Lane and John Malkovich has been unleashed by Walt Disney Pictures. Debuted by Yahoo! Movies, the video follows Lane's Penny Chenery, a housewife who takes over her ailing father's horse farm in Virginia.

Knowing nothing about the business, Chenery tries to find a trainer for her horse Secretariat. When Secretariat came along and began to take shape as a potential champion, Chenery is pressured to sell the farm after her father died and she is hit with a multimillion-dollar inheritance tax.

Based on true story of Penny Chenery who successfully guided Secretariat to win the United States Triple Crown of Thoroughbred Racing in 1973, the sport drama film is directed by Randall Wallace. "Secretariat" will hit U.S. theaters starting October 8.
