AceShowbiz - Fashion writer and socialite Derek Blasberg celebrated his 42nd birthday in style at a starry bash at New York City's En Japanese Brasserie on Saturday, May 4. The celebration also marked the birthdays of Kate Hudson and jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer.
Among the A-list guests at the fun party were Kris Jenner and her boyfriend, Corey Gamble, along with Jeff Bezos and his fiancee, Lauren Sanchez. Aside from the, Anne Hathaway and her husband, Adam Shulman, made a glamorous entrance, fresh from the premiere of her latest film, "The Idea of You".
Blasberg's longtime friend Karlie Kloss joined the festivities, along with Emily Ratajkowski, influencer Emma Chamberlain, model Joan Smalls and actresses Eiza Gonzalez as well as Jemima Kirke. Former J.Crew executive and "The Real Housewives of New York City" newcomer Jenna Lyons attended with her girlfriend, Cass Bird.
Andy Cohen, Paul McCartney's grandson Arthur Alistair Donald, and Lil Nas X were also spotted at the celebration. On Instagram, Blasberg expressed his excitement over meeting Lil Nas X, writing that "all I wanted for my birthday was physical contact with" him.
Other celebrities in attendance included Demi Moore and Jake Gyllenhaal. Blasberg shared photos from the party on Instagram, revealing scenes of the guests mingling and enjoying the festivities.
In the caption of his birthday post, Blasberg shared the menu, which included tequila, fried chicken, and cake. He also thanked everyone who contributed to the star-studded event and those who came to celebrate with him.
