AceShowbiz - Following report earlier this month suggesting that Justin Bieber will sing on "American Idol", TV Guide provided more info about the Canadian singer's upcoming performance. According to the publication, he indeed will not make a live appearance but tape the gig.
Contrary to rumor that Justin's performance might be broadcast during this week's result show of the reality singing competition, the site mentioned it will air later this season. The teen singer is also said to do medley of his hit singles, including "Baby".
While Justin Bieber will not appear on the "American Idol" stage this week, his mentor Usher will perform on the popular TV show Wednesday, March 31 before host Ryan Seacrest announces participants who advance to the Top 9. P. Diddy is also billed as a musical guest.
