The actress confirms her non-participation as the star of a new reality show, but reveals that she is more on the production side.

AceShowbiz - On top of Ryan Seacrest's announcement about a new reality show project under his production house, comes a new update from Lindsay Lohan. The actress said she won't be the star of the show but instead will stay behind the camera.
"I just want everyone to know..I'm NOT starring on a reality show," Lindsay stated on her Twitter post dated Monday, June 22. "But I just launched my production company and am working w/GREAT producers." TMZ reported that Lindsay will be in the judging panel which will determine whether a person deserves a second chance or not.
Lindsay Lohan confirmed that she was "working on a really great project for television" which is something similar to ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition". Ryan Seacrest later added that the purpose of their all-night meeting on Thursday, June 18 was to develop the project. "Met with lindsay last night about a show idea I have for her..it helps people and gives others a second shot! Still putting it all together," he wrote on Twitter.
No other details have been released regarding the show yet.
