Result show of top 3 "American Idol" has been wrapped up, and video footage from the reality singing competition have just arrived, featuring Katy Perry and Jordin Sparks' live performances. Both singers entertain the show's viewers prior to the elimination of Danny Gokey.
During the FOX's popular singing contest, Katy delivered "Waking Up in Vegas", one of the tracks from her debut album "One of the Boys". Wearing a sexy Elvis Presley-styled leotard, she was accompanied by backing dancers dressing up as Las Vegas' showgirls.
Meanwhile, Jordin sang her brand new song titled "Battlefield", the lead single off her upcoming sophomore effort. She was joined by the track's writer/producer, OneRepublic's vocalist Ryan Tedder, who played piano during the set.

Katy Perry is one of the few pop artist that actually makes me like her songs MORE after watching her perform live. In fact I hope she finds a way to capture her raw energy and vocals she has live on her next recording as some of her vocals on record are very timid sounding and dull. Katy Perry live RULES!!!!!!!!! \||/
