According to his wardrobe stylist Mike B., Chris Brown actually is a kind man and is feeling sorry about the felony battery case addressed to him.

AceShowbiz - Laying low since he has become the target of LAPD's investigation for alleged assault on girlfriend Rihanna, Chris Brown is said to be feeling "very bad" about what has happened. "Chris is all right. He's a good kid," his longtime wardrobe stylist Mike B. tells People.

Not commenting further on Chris' felony battery case, Mike opts to urge fans to keep supporting the R 'n' B performer as well as Rihanna. "They're both blessed and we just got to send them our prayers," Mike says.

In the same tone with Mike, a friend of Chris also offers some support for the star, telling People, "You can tell everybody that Chris really feels bad about the whole situation, about it coming out the way that it happened, the way he went about it, the way she went about it ... it's just a wack situation."

The friend, moreover, clarifies that the story behind the case actually is "not as bad as everybody is trying to gas it up to be." Asked if Chris and Rihanna have spoken to each other after the incident, the friend states, "I can't say. Maybe they don't want anybody to know whether they've spoken or not. You have to wait for Chris to say something."

Notwithstanding the heavy media coverage on their alleged altercation, neither Chris Brown nor Rihanna has come forward with explanation about what is really going on between them. They instead prefer to avoid the spotlight and cancel some of their scheduled public performances.
