Losing her weight after giving birth to daughter, Honor Marie Warren, isn't as easy as getting into labor, Jessica Alba admits.

AceShowbiz - Shedding her weight post giving birth to daughter, Honor Marie Warren, Jessica Alba says the process wasn't easy at all. "[The workouts] were horrible," she tells the March issue of Elle magazine. "I cried. And I haven't worked out since."

The actress and mother of one goes on to dish, "I wore a girdle. Eight weeks after my girlfriend had her baby, you could see her six-pack. She told me to put an elastic band around my waist - any kind of band or girdle works." However, "I didn't recover as fast as she did. I don't have a six-pack - that's just not my body at all," she adds.

In further interview, Alba tells Elle that for her giving birth is a lot easier than working out. "Contractions aren't that bad," she claims "If you've ever had bad cramps? That's what they're like. But that moment when they put the baby on your chest - that's deep. It's a deep experience."

Jessica Alba gave birth to daughter Honor Marie Warren, her first child with husband Cash Warren, on June 7, 2008. In December the same year, she had her saucy pictures for 2009 Campari calendar being released. In the pictures, Alba showed off her curvy figure, wearing a form-fitting black swimsuit and evening attire.
