One of Wisteria Lane's residents will not make it out of the fire in a November episode of 'Desperate Housewives'.

AceShowbiz - Some spoilers to the upcoming episodes of "Desperate Housewives" have been offered by creator Marc Cherry. The man who also serves as the series' executive producer, told E! online that a huge fire will occur in Fairview, and some of the residents on Wisteria Lane may not survive the incident. "It's one of the biggest special-effects episodes we've ever done, actually more difficult than the tornado," Cherry said.
He also noted that the garage band Dave creates with Tom will be somewhat a pivotal story related to the fire. "We have a huge episode that we just started shooting where all my regulars go to see a garage band from the neighborhood play in a nightclub," Cherry continued. "The nightclub gets set on fire. It's connected to the mystery, and it's going to be a huge episode."
When asked who possibly get killed in the fire, cast Dana Delany said that the script keeps changing but there is a possibility that a one of each gender will end up with a horrible fate. "We end the episode with someone not making it out of the fire," she said.
In a related news, Pitchfork reported yesterday that Tokyo Police Club will make a guest star appearance on the show as one of the bands that will battle Dave's band at a local club. Taping their cameos on Monday, October 6 and the following day, the band also take on speaking roles.
The episode of the fire and the bands gig will be aired in November.
