New Kids On The Block have decided to release greatest hits to coincide their upcoming world tour.
Pop group New Kids On The Block are planning to compile greatest hits from their previous albums. This means that the group will have double jobs this year as they also propose their new record "The Block" for release on September 2.
According to The London Paper, the greatest hits will be released to coincide the band's comeback tour. They will travel worldwide for the gigs, starting in America in September and reportedly continue to perform in the U.K. next year. A detailed dates and locations of the tour can be found on their MySpace page.
On a previous report, "The Block" showed that the guys have collaborated with Ne-Yo in their second single entitled "Single", which has been available for a digital download since August 12. Another collaborator who will support their upcoming set is dance-pop singer Lady GaGa who will lend her vocal to "Big Girl Now". Meanwhile, The Pussycat Dolls and musician Teddy Riley will help the New Kids in "Grown Man". Other stars who are confirmed to be among featured guests are rapper Akon and R&B/Pop group New Edition.
