The 24-year-old rapper, whose real name is Nau'Jour Lazier Grainger, previously called out the former professional basketball player while weighing in on a picture of the latter with a mystery woman.

AceShowbiz - It looks like Toosii has regretted putting Shaquille O'Neal on blast. After calling the NBA legend a "weird a** old head" for DMing his baby mama, Samaria Davis, the "Love Cycle" rapper admitted that he might have misunderstood the athlete's message.

"So apparently I guess what he was saying was, he wanted my girl," the 24-year-old said in a video posted on Instagram Story on Thursday, May 9. "Which like, if I would've read it like that, I never would have posted it 'cause, I mean, n***as gonna DM your girl."

"But I thought he was talking about something about my son," the emcee, born Nau'Jour Lazier Grainger, continued. "I just seen 'baby.' That's all I seen, I just seen, 'Can I have that baby?' No comma."

Toosii's clarification arrived after he weighed in on a picture of Shaq with a mystery woman on X, formerly Twitter. "One time this n***a dm Samaria and said 'let me have that baby' talking about my son. Weird a** old head," he tweeted.

The musician went on to share a screenshot of the alleged DM, which was sent on November 20, 2022. Alongside the snap, he argued, "Man idk if this how old n****s flirt or what."

Shaq has yet to address the matter, including the image of him "traveling with his 21-year-old girlfriend in Spain." However, a community note under the post stated that it was from 2019.

Cartoonist Obi Aris also commented on the situation, claiming the woman is his friend and she was "like 27" at the time. "I rarely address this kinda mess, but that’s my homegirl," Obi penned.

"Were they together? Briefly. Was this years ago. Yes. Was she 21? Absolutely not. She was definitely older than that when this happened b/c I WAS AT HER 21st birthday," he added. "So be weary of these pages. They just want clicks."
