Another trouble comes from Kanye West regarding his concert, as the rapper reportedly has upset his fans at his gig at the Bonnaroo Festival on Sunday, June 15. The reason for the crowd's rage over Kanye, was fumed by his late appearance at the event.
Kanye was actually scheduled to hit the stage at 2:45 A.M. but it was then informed that the show would be delayed and started at 3:15 A.M. Unfortunately, the rapper's appearance on the stage took longer then the re-scheduled time as it wasn't until almost two hours later, which was at 4:25, until he finally took the stage.
The long delay triggered the fans to shout out their disappointment by dissing the rapper and chanting "Kanye Sucks" and also throwing the stage before Kanye's arrival with glow sticks. The fans have a good reason to be angry over the delay as the rapper's gig schedule is actually a very late one as he was actually set to play on Saturday night, but refused it and requested a Sunday morning appearance instead.
According to the event's spokesperson, Ken Weinstein, there are two main reasons for the delay which were the problems the organizers had when unloading Pearl Jam's stage set and also loading in Kanye's. The "Gold Digger" rapper prepares an over the top stage set with an interplanetary landscape of a wavy black platform with a slanted floor in the middle and a video screen above making the concert a galactic themed one.
It wasn't for the first time this year that Kanye had some problems at his show as earlier this month he has also suffered some in one of his concerts. At his gig in Houston, Texas on Friday, May 2, the rapper's concert was being hit with some technical difficulties that forced him to stop the concert for a while.
