He's adding the women's version of Blue Seduction fragrance, called Blue Seduction for Women, into the line of fragrances he's endorsed.
Has a nose for women's fragrance, Antonio Banderas is lending his acclaimed name to the women's version of Blue Seduction fragrance. Scent maker Puig Beauty U.S.A. announced its latest fragrance, the fifth under the Banderas nameplate, confirming the Blue Seduction for Women scent is slated to hit shelves in September.
"Antonio Banderas Seductive fragrances are a strategic brand for Puig Beauty U.S.A.," Didier Maine de Biran, Puig North America's general manager, said in a statement. "The addition of Blue Seduction for Women, following the success of Blue Seduction for Men in 2007, will help strengthen our position in the female masstige category."
As for Banderas, he tend to describe the citrus, rose, jasmine and raspberry-accented perfume, as the scent in his line that most suits his persona. The actor has been booked to appear in the print and commercial ad campaign for Blue Seduction for Women, which price is in line with his other scent; $21.50 for the 1-oz. eau de toilette spray and $30 for the 1.7-oz.
