Talk is heating up that Madonna has been planning to open an all girls' school in Malawi.

AceShowbiz - It's all about Madonna. The pop superstar is dominating the media these days, invading the cover of both Vanity Fair and U.K. Elle magazines. On top of that, she's said to have been planning to set up an all girls' school in Malawi.

Revealed that matter to Elle, the singing sensation told the publication that she's in the process of applying to find the educational establishment in Malawi, where she adopted son David Banda way back in 2006. "I'm buying land and getting permission to build a girl's school. The women will play a big role in the future and rebirth of Malawi," so she told the publication.

Madonna arguably has been smitten with Malawi since she adopted David, donating a ton of money as well as her time to do good deed in the poverty stricken African country. She would be the next Hollywood celebrity after talk show queen Oprah Winfrey to build an all girls' school in Africa should her project comes to fruition.

In related news, Madonna is expected to be back in Malawi next week for a final court ruling on whether she can adopt David from the country. According to a senior official at Lilongwe International, Modonna's jet was cleared for landing from April 8 and she was expected around that time.
