While working on other singers' albums, Ne-Yo also finds time to record his own effort. A new joint has been leaked under the title "Closer", allegedly a new material from the R'n'B singer who currently assists Michael Jackson and Lindsay Lohan on their upcoming albums.
"Closer", an upbeat R'n'B piece blended with pop is rumored to be released as the first single off Ne-Yo's third studio album that follows the 2007 "Because of You". Words on the street said that he will release the album in Summer this year.
On other news, Ne-Yo is also lending hands in Plies' sophomore set. He is featured in the album's first official single titled "Bust It Baby, Pt. 2".
