Set to bring their real-life chemistry to the big screen, Hollywood husband-wife Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly are teaming up to highlight an indie psychological thriller entitled "Born", which will be the first film feature coming from Los Angeles-based ClearVision Media Production Group.
Story concerns a couple who settles down in a seemingly idyllic English town to raise a family. However, the perfect life does not last long when the husband, a claymation artist, shockingly finds out that his characters are acting out a nightmare that comes to life.
Onboard to direct is Daniel Simpson who will helm from the script he worked on alongside Paul Kaye and Clive Barker. The latter is also poised to executive produce with Guillermo del Toro, Lawrence Gordon, and Lloyd Levin plus Steve and Cliff Lanning all serving as producers.
Pic is said to begin production by mid-August this year in the U.K and will include stop-motion animated sequences that will be handled by Chiodo Brothers Productions, the special effects company behind "Elf" and "Team America: World Police."
