Reese Witherspoon Officially Filed for Divorce

Unlike Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's divorce, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe's will be a very private and peaceful one, judging from the couple's love to their kids.

Just over a week after announced her separation from husband of seven years Phillippe, Witherspoon filed for divorce on Wednesday Nov 8th, citing "irreconcilable differences" and seeks physical custody of the couple's two children Deacon Phillippe and Ava Elizabeth Phillippe.

The actress, additionally, also seeks visitation for Phillippe and "exclusive use of the family residence" plus requests that the court not grant spousal support for the actor.

While a call to Phillippe's publicist was not immediately returned, the filing one thing for sure does not list separate or community property, saying the nature of the assets has yet to be determined.
