An Unlikely Superhero for 'Toy Story 3'
June 25, 2008 02:06:51It is no longer a secret that "Toy Story 3", the third installment of Disney's hit animated film "Toy Story", will be made into a 3-D movie and that in it, Woody and his toy-box friends will be left at a day-care center since Andy is heading for college. But, what's more can be shared about the upcoming movie? Apparently, fans can expect to see one particular character to be a hero in the movie, but it won't be Woody or Buzz Lightyear.
Talking about the one last adventure lays in front of the band of toys, John Ratzenberger, the actor filling the voice of Hamm the Piggy Bank revealed that in "Toy Story 3", a character other than Woody or Buzz Lightyear taking the center stage would be his character, Hamm. "Hammy is a villain in the beginning of the movie," gushed the 61-year-old. "[But then], Hammy becomes a superhero. You'll see."

February 21, 2008 04:02:47Reporting about the video games business, the Wall Street Journal has recklessly let out the story of the upcoming animation "Toy Story 3". In the first paragraph of the newspaper's article entitled "Big Media Companies Want Back in the Game" posted on February 19, the film's story line has clearly been exposed.
It is explained that as the toys' owner has grown up and left for college, his once-beloved toys are being thrown away. The one-sentence paragraph read, "In Pixar's coming movie 'Toy Story 3,' Woody the cowboy and his toy-box friends are dumped in a day-care center after their owner, Andy, leaves for college."

The Three 'Toy Story' Films to Come in 3-D
January 25, 2008 03:01:34The 3-D version of the friendship tale between two rival toys, Woody and Buzz Lightyear, in "Toy Story" and "Toy Story 2" will be made. The 3-D treatment for the two Disney's successful animation films is done to precede the third installment of the animation film "Toy Story 3", which is also being produced as a 3-D feature film.
On Thursday, January 24, the chairman of The Walt Disney Studios, Dick Cook announced that the 3-D version of "Toy Story" is scheduled to hit theaters on October 2, 2009, while the sequel is slated for February 12, 2010. Further, "Toy Story 3", which is being directed by Pixar filmmaker Lee Unkrich and features again the voices of Tom Hanks and Tim Allen, will be released on June 18, 2010.

Walt Disney Feature Animation exec John Lasseter has opened up in an appearance during Disney's annual shareholder meeting in New Orleans that "Toy Story 3" has been plotted to come to the surface in 2010 while confirming that it is indeed in production with Tom Hanks and Tim Allen returning to voice Woody and Buzz Lightyear, respectively.

Toy Story 3 Cancelled?
January 27, 2006 11:01:39With Disney's acquisition of Pixar, the studio will hand the "Toy Story 3" to Pixar as part of its deal to acquire Pixar. Apparently, it has yet clear how the change would affect the production schedule of the flick at the latter studio.
To your notice, the production of "Toy Story 3" actually has been started at Disney's new animation unit, Circle 7, in Glendale, California. The unit reportedly will not immediately closed, yet its future is yet to be determined. That being so, the future of "Toy Story 3" remains uncertain as well.

Toy Story (1995) I thought was a 5 star movie Toy Story 2 (1999) I thought was a 4 star movie but Toy Story 3 comes out in 2010 why , I'll give Toy Story 3 3 stars.
